Inside Cleaning – $179

Cleans the dryer duct from the interior side, ensuring safe and efficient dryer operation.

In & Out Cleaning with New Dryer Duct – $229

Complete duct cleaning from inside and outside, including replacement of the existing flexible dryer
duct with a new one.

In & Out Cleaning with New Dryer Duct + Exterior Composite Vent – $295

Full vent cleaning and new dryer duct, plus installation of a new composite exterior vent cover.

In & Out Cleaning with New Dryer Duct + Exterior Metal Vent – $345

Same as above, but includes a premium metal vent cover for better durability and performance.

Dryer Maintenance – $149

Inspection and tune-up of your dryer system, including flexible vent cleaning and airflow testing to
ensure optimal function. No duct cleaning included.

Extra Fee for Upper Floors – Starting at $50

Additional charge for accessing vents located on the 2nd floor or higher due to increased labor and
equipment needs. Applicable to Outside Cleaning Only.

Bird Nest Removal & Sanitize – $199

Safe removal of bird nests from the vent system, followed by full sanitation to prevent bacteria and
odor.

New Vent Installation or Replacement (Metal) – 4” Dryer – $149

Installation or replacement of a standard 4-inch metal dryer vent system.

New Vent Installation or Replacement (Metal) – 6” Hood Fan – $225

Installation or replacement of a 6-inch metal vent system, typically used for kitchen range hood fans
